The Sox's bullpen took a hit when they failed to sign reliever
D.J. Carrasco. The Sox lose their most durable reliever and the most durable reliever in all of baseball as he led the league with 89 and 1/3 innings last season. They also lose his 3.76 ERA, his career best, and his 5-1 record, also a career best for D.J. He could come in in just about any situation and get the job done. He wasn't flashy but he did have a decent strikeout-to-walk ratio with just 29 walks and 62 strikeouts. Really the only thing that I don't think that the Sox will miss about D.J. is his wearing of the stirup style socks, sorry D.J. its just not a good look.
